The School of Business & Digital Media at Georgian Court University (GCU) offers a fully online Master of Science (MS) in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) through its School of Business & Digital Media. The program’s curriculum emphasizes the creative use of digital media technologies, and the development of compelling brands and marketing campaigns. The program is 100% online and does not require any campus visits.

GCU’s MS in Integrated Marketing Communication program consists of ten courses that confer 30 graduate credits and can be completed in as few as 12 months by students who enroll on a full-time basis. The program also allows for part-time enrollment, which doubles the time to completion to two years. Courses in the program include: Integrated Marketing Communication; Digital Storytelling; Digital Marketing; Creativity & Innovation; Brand Identity; Brand Communication; Media Law & Ethics; User-Centered Design; and Media Analytics. For their culminating experience in the program, students complete a Campaign Planning & Management capstone course in which they design a digital marketing and communication business plan, applying what they have learned in the program to a concrete deliverable that also serves as a professional artifact showing their expanded IMC skill set.

The MS in Integrated Marketing Communication is designed to prepare students for a wide range of careers in business and communication fields, including brand management, digital marketing design and strategy, and social media analytics. The program’s coursework enables students to complete hands-on projects that involve data-driven decision-making, branding discussions, considering legal and ethical concerns in modern media, and working with cutting edge media technologies to identify and address audience/consumer needs and interests.
